- We do meetups along any point of commonwealth ave or SM North/Trinoma or SM Fairview.

Where can I pickup the item?

- You can get the item here at our location at Atherton St., North Fairview, Quezon City

Can we test the item?

- You can test the item all you want when you pick it up here at our location in Fairview qc, but for meetups we cant do testing unless you can bring a TV and 220v outlet where we can plug it into we can test it :)

Does this unit have warranty?

- We give 1 month warranty - 1st week replcemanet and 3-4th week repair (No physical Damage on the unit)

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

- No there are no monthly fees these are all Free-to-Air channels

Is this the same as the ABS CBN TV Plus Black Box?

- It works the same as the ABS CBN TV Plus Black Box with the exception of the abs cbn exclusive channels like YEY, Cinemo, DZMM, KBO  and Knowledge Channel these are only accessible using the abs cbn box, the ISDBT TV Box will detect these channels but will not be able to access them it will just show scrambled.

What is the advantage of the ISDBT TV Box over the ABS CBN Black Box?

- The ISDBT TV Box has a USB Multimedia player for playing pics, music and movies.  It supports multiple movie file formats and can play most of the movie files in HD resolution using HDMI Cable connection up to 1080i/1080p.  It also has another feature which is TV Recording (like Tivo) - you can record your tv shows on your flash drive or external HDD.  The ISDBT TV Box supports use of Flash Drives or external HDD's up to 1TB tested.

Will the display/signal/resolution be clear?

-  The ISDBT TV Box can deliver up to 1080i/1080p HD max resolutionif connected using an HDMI Cable (Not provided).  There are many factors affecting signal strength, think of your ISDBT Box like a cellphone, there are areas with dead spots, there are areas with weak signals, etc The ISDBT TV Box works the same you have to find a good location for your atenna in your location to get the best possible reception/signal. Recommended areas would be elevated areas which do not have a roof above them or buildings and trees around. The provided antenna is an outdoor antenna with a magnetic base, so if you can get it up to the roof all the better.

How can I know if there is signal here at our location?

- You can ask your neighbors if they have a similar TV Box like the ABS CBN, RCA, Cybertec, and all other TV Boxes, whatever channels they get (with the exception of the 5 exclusive channels of abs cbn) will be the same channels you'll get.  All the boxes are based  on the same technology.

Does this have cable channels like HBO, Star, Cartoon Network etc?

-  This does not have cable channels only Free to Air Local Channels

Can I use this to re-connect my cable service?

- No - you will need the box and subsciption from your cable service provider

Is this the same as the Cignal Satellite TV Box? Can I use it to reactivate my service?

- No - you will need the box and subsciption from your Satellite cable service provider

Can I connect this to more than 1 TV?

- You can however whenever you change the channel on the box, it will change the channel as well on both TV's.  The proper ration is 1 tv to 1 tv box.

Does this work in the provinces and in Visayas and Mindanao?

- So far these are the only areas with Digital TV Broadcast as of the moment.
